Panama series

The century-old Panama Canal has become too small for today’s massive ships. So, the Panamanian people recently voted to widen the canal. It’s a $5.25 billion project that will take an estimated seven years to complete. The plans are to excavate enough dirt and rocks to cover an 18-hole golf course, 350 feet high.
