Nigerian city

We’re heading for the streets of an African mega-city.

People there refer to the perennial traffic jams as “go-slows.”

This is a chaotic city with a population of somewhere between 12 and 18 million people.

It’s in Nigeria, but it’s not Nigeria’s capital. That would be Abuja.

What’s the answer? We think it’s Lagos. Is that correct? Thanks!

I will say welcome to Lagos. To extend the title of one of Clint Eastwoods popular movies – Lagos is a mix of the ‘Excellent, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly’. Good food, some very well dressed folks, palatial gated homes, nice cars, ‘stretch’ bridges and overpasses, mega highways, lavish street parties usually on saturdayss nights, skyscrappers; you also see the molues, ricketty cabs and mini buses & a lot of ugly stuff that I will leave to the reporters and your imagination.
