I was very interested in this news story, and I would like to learn more about soft foods. Actually what I am interested in is “hard” foods, or at least non-soft foods. What sorts of foods could be substituted for soft foods? Is brown rice better than white rice? Or is it just cooked rice in general that is the problem. How can I find out more?
