On Today’s Geo Quiz

You missed one major country with “sthan” at the end is Hindusthan usually refers to India. “Sthan” in both Sanscrit a Bengali languages mean a place. Hindusthan where Hindus live or Afganisthan where Afgan people live. You might have mentioned these facts on Monday’s program which I missed.
Anyway, I enjoy this and many other programs on NPR.
