Iraqi bomb attacksAt least four bombs have exploded in Iraq, killing about 40 people and wounding more than 200. Two truck bombs exploded in a Shia village near the northern city of Mosul, killing at least 28 people and injuring around 130. Meanwhile, two bombs went off near construction sites in Baghdad, with 18 people killed and more than 90 wounded. The attacks come a month after U.S. troops pulled back from cities and handed over security to Iraqi soldiers. At least 36 people were killed in a series of attacks on Shia areas on Friday.
