CND-march150The UN Security Council has unanimously adopted a resolution calling for nuclear disarmament, in a session chaired by President Barack Obama. The resolution calls for further efforts to stop the spread of nuclear arms, to boost disarmament, and to lower the risk of “nuclear terrorism”. Many organizations and networks have been campaigning for complete nuclear disarmament for decades. The World’s Jeb Sharp takes a look at these movements and where they are now.(Photo by Keystone/Hulton Archive/Getty Images)

    re: Nuclear Disarmament.

    Albert Einstein once said,
“Nuclear power is one hell of a
way to boil water!”. The aim of
    this long-lasting, invisible and
lethal method, is to make plutonium
239 for atom bombs! A grab for
your tax money to pay for your own
    doomsday. Spend our efforts on
    people’s needs, not extortion!
