Love this book- I can't seem to put it down each night. I have especially enjoyed the relationship between father and son - not at all what I had first thought.

That's a good point about presenting a more realistic image of organized crime than the Godfather or the Sopranos. It does take away from the power of the story when you find that it's giving you an unrealistic portrayal of something that is supposed to happen in real life. For those examples, it also hurts on occassion when that kind of lifestyle gets glorified.

As an author I strive to be realistic in my writing, although sometimes I encounter the problem that I don't really know what certain details ought to look like.

God Bless,
