I am a retired Chief Engineer Of largest state in India . Given up Conventional Electrucal Engineering and want to offder free time in Soccial Science and Humanities for poorest of the pooor, orphans, dis abled widows etc . As another ex/pat living nearby I have found that in this changing world, emphasis on food production and potable water to be the most rewarding paths to improving living conditions of your host culture.
