The Paris-based group Doctors with Borders, often known by its French initials MSF, has been operating a community hospital in the southern Somali town of Jamaame since 2004. Earlier this year, MSF nurse and field coordinator Javier Roldan decided to photograph Somalis who came to the hospital.
