The weekend weather in Europe brought Eurostar trains to a halt. And the British and French governments have announced separate investigations. Eurostar is a rail link between England, France, and Belgium. And the trains are STILL not running. Anchor Marco Werman speaks with Stephanie Budd, who’s been stranded in Belgium with her family for three days.
