The BBC provides different language services throughout the world. We thought you’d like to hear about the latest addition this weekend - BBC Haitian Creole – which has been set up  in response to the earthquake and humanitarian crisis in Haiti. The 20-minute daily broadcast has been set up to address issues most important to the population who rely on radio for basic news and information. It’s a fascinating insight into how the BBC put the wheels in motion to help survivors.
