President Barack Obama has called for the G20 to pull together to promote economic growth, saying that world economies are “inextricably linked”. Mr Obama is attending meetings of the G8 and G20 in Canada this weekend. In recent global summits, world leaders have shown a face of unity but that unity is starting to fray.
