		<description>Dear Sister Marcella,

We have noticed nothing is being said of the preventative strategy for the reducing cholera outbreak with a simple strategy of a cloth or rag filter. Dr. Rita Coldwell, serving in Bangladesh found the ladies who strained their river water through for folds of their Sari, filtered out almost all of the micro organisms containing the cholera virus. So much so that it stopped the spread of the disease. Haiti health-care workers need to adopt this procedure. The Salvation Army must be requested to provide bales of ranks and clothing to be passed out to the poor villagers for this purpose. Please join us in this effort! Thank you.
