But first, where is Highway 402? It’s also known as King’s Highway 402 and its western end is the Blue Water Bridge. That’s an international crossing between the US and Canada, spanning the St. Clair River.
The answer is southern Ontario. Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with Heather Helps, who lives on a farm in the nearby Ontario town of Wyoming, and helped in the rescue effort.
