For the last ten months Nine Network of Public Media has been working on an initiative focused on immigration,Homeland. A key piece has been in trying to hear a variety of voices and views. With the current economic challenges it seemed a lot of the people we spoke with would blame immigrants (specifically from Mexico) for taking jobs, but not look deeper at the economics of Mexico. We do have several posts with a variety of folks who do talk about the job/economy/why they come issue (http://bit.ly/fkWFgf).
