Officials in Nigeria say that criminal networks are forcing thousands of girls and women there into prostitution in another West African country, Mali. And Nigeria accuses the government in Mali of failing to act against the traffickers. The Nigerians say that they gave Mali detailed intelligence about the problem earlier this year and that Mali promised to free the women and return them home to Nigeria. But, the Nigerians say, nothing has happened. The BBC’s Martin Vogl is in Bamako, the capital of Mali. Download MP3
