NATO members are meeting in Portugal for a summit that President Barack Obama has said will revitalize the 28-member alliance for the 21st Century. Iran discovered a malicious computer attack that appears to target its nuclear targets. Officials there have called it a western plot. But industry insiders believe the so-called computer worm Stuxnet actually did not do what it was intended for – disrupting Iranian centrifuges.
