When I click on "Play," I receive an error message: "Not available in your area." I'm able to listen to Pres. Kennedy's speech, and to access other items on the site. Is Castro's speech deliberately censored for U.S. residents? I live in the SF Bay Area, where we don't expect our local broadcasters to decide to block certain broadcasts. Thank you.
