When I click on &quot;Play,&quot; I receive an error message: &quot;Not available in your area.&quot;
 
I&#039;m able to listen to Pres. Kennedy&#039;s speech, and to access other items on the site. Is Castro&#039;s speech deliberately censored for U.S. residents? I live in the SF Bay Area, where we don&#039;t expect our local broadcasters to decide to block certain broadcasts.
