Luis Moreno-Ocampo said the ICC was raising the concern with Libya’s National Transitional Council (NTC).
Gaddafi was killed on October 20 after being caught by rebels in his home town of Sirte.

In the early days of Libya’s revolution, Mohammed Nabbous started independent television station Alhurra TV. to broadcast news of what was happening in Libya. He was killed by sniper fire a month after he started broadcasting. At the time, his wife Samra Naas was eight months pregnant with their daughter.

Libyan rebels have taken control of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi’s Bab al-Aziziya compound in Tripoli, one of the final areas that remained under his control. TV footage showed fighters breaking off the head of a statue of the Libyan leader and kicking it along the ground. They also seized items from his home. Rebel commanders say they have taken control of about 80 percent of the capital, including the headquarters of state TV. This video was filmed on Aug. 21 at 5:45 p.m. Libyan time from Al Zil Street, near al Ankudy mosque in Tripoli. The crowd is chanting the new Libyan national anthem followed by chants of “God is Great”. The new rebels’ flag is seen floating on a building. The crowd also taunts Gaddafi by chanting, “Ole Ole, Gaddafi your time is up”.
