Producing mosr artists from the Rwandan Diaspora, such as Cecile Kayirebwa - Muyango & Imitari and also internal artists such as Manu Dibango, Angelique Kidjo, The Stax Artists such as Rufus and Carla Thomas, Eddy Floyd and even friends with Quincy Jones. so the "investigative reports in Kinyarwanda" he's talking about is serious "crap". And indeed Mutsar takes care of music, while Rudatsimburwa take the other side of the ... moon. The only opposing view you included is that of Human Rights Watch's Ms. Carina Tersakian. Do you know names like Gasasira, Gasana, Akanga...just to mention a few.  Just for the sake of your readers, Capital FM is owned by a brother to the Mrs. Kagame.
