As a home brewer (beer) I have a mini-keg system in the kitchen. Recently, my wife became pregnant and I had an epiphany . . . I simply fill one of my cornelius kegs up with tap water, put it in the fridge and hook up my CO2 and dispenser lines. Presto, szoda. My wife loves it and I find myself drinking several glasses of szoda during every meal. Thanks for giving me a much more interesting name than "soda water" and for letting me know that I have something in common with many Hungarians.
