The former Pakistani ambassador to the US, Husain Haqqani, is free to return to his family in the United States.
He spent the past three months in Pakistan under order not to leave the country while being investigated for his alleged involvement in a controversial memo asking the Pentagon to help curb the Pakistani Army.
