		<description> Hi Hillary, thank you.  In this case &quot;up the coast&quot; is nearly in France: Figueras.  Do you know this town?  It&#039;s home to the out-of-this-world Dali Museum.  According to the ballet&#039;s board, the mayor of Figueras has signed off on hosting the school (the more serious of the two schools, the one meant to groom professional dancers) and is about to put out the public bid for the construction project.  All very exciting stuff. gkh</description>
