I think he needs to focus on getting Oil Profits in the hands of Venezuela. That's the key. In the past Oil Profits went to 2 people, Foreigners who sell it and the Venezuelan businessmen who help them. If he can get Venezuelan businessmen to be the main CEO's and profiteers of Venezuelan Oil, then the country can work on getting those businesses to invest in the country. Because according to my research for this paper, Venezuela has had an oil industry since WW1 and the Poor and aint got a dime from it. There has been little to no reinvestment into the people of Venezuela until Hugo Chavez came into power. You may disagree on how he's doing what he's doing, but you can't deny he has reinvested into the country, the poor are getting health, food, and shelter. Something I have not found any other President to do in my research.

Developed Countries got where we are now, because we reinvested into our country. Venezuela needs to get to the point where they are the profiteers and they're profiteers reinvest in their country. It doesn't matter how it's done as long as it gets done. And I'd rather Chavez attempt and fail than to never try at all. And if Henrique can build on what he has accomplished and improve on what he has failed, that makes him a good President in my book. And that's assuming he wins. And at this point in my research I don't know which one I'm rooting for.
