Since early February, drivers in Gaza have had to wait in line for hours to buy gasoline or diesel.

Sales sometimes are limited to 10 gallons per customer.

The fuel shortage is the worst in years.

An agreement brokered by Egypt this week could improve the situation, if it holds.
