1. Am I the only person wondering has Chen been selfish in endangering those who helped him (and who will not get asylum in US); 2.Does anyone remember that prior to Chen's becoming the biggest issue we have with China, we were trying to shame China into changing it's protection of the mass slaughterer of innocents Assad, and Secty State Clinton no doubt would have put it to them, and now I presume that's off the agenda; and 3. Has Chen seemed willing to make the US the scapegoat for his change of mind (I find it difficult to believe the US communicated Chinese threats and then pressured Chen to leave).
None of us knows the facts yet, but I have had some questions about both Chen's actions and about media coverage.
