The two rivals for the presidency in Egypt are each claiming victory. Former Prime Minister Ahmed Shafiq and Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohammed Mursi both say they garnered just over half the votes.
As The World’s Matthew Bell reports from Cairo, the scene has been set for a showdown between supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood and Egypt’s military.
