I speak with my friends there every week, and now they talk about 'the hunger season' beginning, and the fact that people have not been able to stockpile food as they normally would because of the the political and economic instability the past 3 months. That means many thousands are in danger of starvation, and there doesn't seem to be a plan in place for the World Food Program or any other agency to deliver humanitarian aid. Perhaps The World could focus attention on this issue in an upcoming story.  Thank you for continuing to cover Mali.
