		<description>I can imagine that many journalists have been hanging on to see what the concensus of scientific opinion will be.
Almost averyone agrees that climate change exists, but is it man made or a natural phenomenum?
Recent figures have suggested that there have been NO temperature rises in the last 17 years.  I doubt that that is the impact recent carbon reduction measures.</description>
