		<description>Mike, I bake a lot and would guess that &quot;low heat&quot; means 325F.  After the holiday, you might contact the baker&#039;s hotline at King Arthur Flour and discuss the recipe with them.  Their website is kingarthurflour.com.  I&#039;ve taken many classes at their facility in Norwich, Vermont.  Happy Baking!</description>
