New Town in Canada

For the Geo Quiz, we’re looking for a town in Canada that’s billing itself as the future home of a super-sized ski resort — the only year-round ski resort in North America, in fact.
There’s actually no resort yet, and no town, either — just government approval for a new municipality.
But there is a mayor and the resort is in the early stages of development.
So can you name this town with a big name and big plans for the future?
