In fact, the Preamble (Part 5) states: &quot;Equality and equal opportunities are established for all citizens, men and women, without discrimination or nepotism or preferential treatment, in both rights and duties.&quot; While it is true that the constitution lacks a specific equal rights clause in the articles, I would point out that so too does our very own U.S. Constitution.</description>
