Robin Reineke is a cultural anthropologist in Arizona.

Her job is to identify the remains of migrants who die in the desert trying to illegally cross the into the US from Mexico.

She tells anchor Marco Werman that sometimes the only way to identify the bodies is through the few possessions found with them.

This is wonderful work and it will certainly bring closure to many families still waiting to hear from their loved one who came North for a better life.  I applaud your work and hope that this will continue for as long as it  is necessary.

Can you believe this is happening? There should be emergency cell phone stations for the distressed to call for help.
