		<description>Not sure if the Delhi incident will bring lasting social reform. A change in attitude takes generations of inculcation, not knee-jerk reactions like the one we witnessed two-three weeks back. The public has been latching on to hatred, blinding themselves to a solution, and providing mischief-mongers and the media with ample ground to sway opinion.
