I thought the scene in the clip where she kicks someone’s head through the wall was amazing and it reminded me that this is not the Keri Russell I grew up watching. I think it’s going to be a great show and my DISH co-worker agrees because it’s well done. FX has been known to really take a concept and run with it which has definitely paid off for them in the past. For now I’m sold on The Americans and I’ve already got my Hopper set to record the show each week while I’m at work. With the Hopper I can take advantage of the large hard drive which will let me record up to 2,000 hours of my favorite TV shows and movies anytime I want.
