		<description>Their are obvious restrictions to sensitive information and certain &quot;imminent threat&quot; reasons why complete transparency will never be possible, but Martel does have a good point: they need to clearly define the process for labeling these targets. That said, I don&#039;t know if I agree with his very last statement involving Congressional oversight. If they&#039;re the purse strings of the military, wouldn&#039;t it naturally make sense for them to be held at a distance?</description>

		<description>Let&#039;s demand judicial oversight to this.  At least as rigorous as a wiretap, and an indictment for a crime even if the person cannot be found to conduct a trial.  There should be plenty of time for that.  They messed around for years finding bin Laden, and there seem to be few of these operatives anyway. </description>
