A new 600-page guide called “Where Chefs Eat” highlights restaurants where some of the world’s best chefs like to dine.

One of those places is Cambridge’s Sapporo Ramen where Anchor Marco Werman visits for a bowl of ramen.

And he finds out more about “Where Chefs Eat” from the book’s editor, Joe Warwick.

Surely your link for Bullock’s in Durham should be http://www.bullocksbbq.com/ instead of some place in Maryland?

Do radio hosts ever go to the West Coast of the USA?  How about the Midwest?  From the look of your “Where Radio Hosts eat” selections you have a fear of the rest of the US!  Just an observation…in jest!

wbrd – Thanks for catching that error. Marco is a big BBQ fan and he used live in Durham so he’s spent a good bit of time at Bullock’s BBQ.

I have not spent enough time in the Midwest to know. West Coast I know a bit better, and not giving it short shrift due to disinterest. If I had to single out a few good cheap eats on that coast:
LA – In n Out Burger
    SF – Thep Phanom
    Phoenix – Sinbad’s (http://www.yelp.com/biz/sinbads-restaurant-phoenix), a great little Iraqi-owned joint in West Phoenix.

Now I’m hungry for Ramen :-)

Apparently radio hosts (and chefs?) go hungry on the West Coast?

Oh wait … In and Out Burger?  You gotta be kidding.  They are OK as a chain hamburger joint, but if that’s where radio hosts eat, I’ll stick to my own preferences.
