The World
Thousands of protesters took to the streets Thursday in Fortaleza, one of the Brazilian cities that will host next year's soccer World Cup. The protesters are angry about the government paying billions of dollars in preparation for the World Cup, while underfunded agencies deliver poor basic services to the public. Producer Catherine Osborn spoke to one of the protesters in Rio, 17-year-old student Gabriela Machado, who shares her thoughts on what's going on in Brazil.
