In Sudan, all eyes are anxiously fixed on January 9th when South Sudan votes on whether or not to secede from the north of the African nation. Perhaps more important than the vote itself is what might happen afterwards. The vote is expected to be in favor of separation but will the government of an independent South Sudan be able to deliver on fundamental infrastructure? Matt Ozug reports. Download MP3
