Manuel Noriega Returns to Panama

Ex-Panamanian strongman Manuel Noriega is sitting in a minimum security prison in Panama these days. He took power in 1983 and lead the country for six years. A US military invasion toppled the dictator in 1989 and he’s been tucked away in prison cells in Miami and France ever since.
