The new U.S. unemployment figures came out this week. The good news: The rate of job losses is slowing. The bad news: Unemployment is at a 26-year high.
It’s not just Americans who are feeling the pain. In parts of Europe, unemployment is well above 10 percent. This is forcing some people to look for jobs thought unimaginable just a few months ago.

Architects Share Green Building Ideas
In the fight to curb global warming, we’re often encouraged to drive less or use more fuel efficient cars. Well, it turns out that cars aren’t the biggest source of greenhouse gases. Buildings are responsible for roughly half of the total greenhouse gas emissions around the world. There’s a group of architects that’d like to change that. They call themselves ‘Architecture 2030′.
