Misrata Holds First Free Local Elections

A year after the uprising broke up in the Libyan town of Misrata, officials are holding the country’s first free democratic elections. It’s just for local council, but organizers hope the elections can serve as a test run for a nationwide vote in June. Marine Olivesi reports from Misrata.
