A former Viking village informs the music of Fränder

The Nordic folk band Fränder is from a small village outside Uppsala, Sweden. Not surprisingly, it’s a village with ruins from the Viking Age. “It’s a special place,” says band member Gabbi Dluzewski. He tells us more about it and plays songs from the band’s second self-titled album.
