Suicide attacks in the central Iraqi city of Baquba have killed more than 30 people and injured dozens more. It’s been four days since a magnitude 8.8 earthquake struck Chile. About 800 people died in the quake. Hundreds of thousands remain homeless, but the survivors have reason for hope.
