More than 90 people were killed after a car bomb ripped through a busy market in Peshawar, Pakistan. The blast came as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton began a visit to the Pakistani capital, Islamabad. The World’s Jason Margolis looks at who in Pakistan is responsible for thwarting attacks. A suicide bomber has attacked the UN World Food Program offices in the Pakistani capital Islamabad, killing five people. The bomber died too. It is unclear who is responsible but suspicion will fall on the Pakistani Taliban, correspondents say.
