Jennifer helps manage The World’s planning desk. That basically means she’s the person who’s thinking ahead. She oversees the program’s global staff of correspondents and keeps in daily contact with the show’s fleet of contributors, deciding what will be on tomorrow’s program and the days beyond.

Before coming to The World, Jennifer worked at WBUR in Boston, producing, reporting, and writing local news stories. She also has a master’s degree in science journalism, which comes in handy from time to time.
